This page is dedicated to NLG5 charger support. There are charger profiles you can download for free. Correct profiles have been created for several different battery chemistries, a charger user only has to specify the pack voltage limits and temp sensors arrangement. As new battery types are introduced on the market, as soon as manufacturer releases recommended charging profiles, this library will expand and include them. If you find correct chemistry and battery type in the library of charging profiles but the battery voltage is not matching your reqyurements, there is one click fix for this in the ChargeStar software - charger can automatically adapt all the voltages across all charging profles to a new different nominal voltage. For instance if you find 3 stages charging profile for nominal 120VDC pack lead acid battery and you have 144V nominal (20% more), software will multiply U1, U2 and U3 voltage limits by 1.2 for you and populate all the fields accordingly. All you need is to upload resulting profile to the charger. Granted, you can override any values manually or create your own profiles from scratch.
