For large purchases (>$1,000 USD) , email or call and notify MMC what is being ordered. If you prefer to pay with credit card, preferred method is to use our secure credit card order form. AC Drive systems and large purchases requiring crating are shipped within 5 business days if they are in the US stock. Inquire for lead times if the hardware is in Euro Stock. Siemens motors require approximately from 8 weeks (for 1PV5135WS28) to 16 weeks (for 1PV5135WS24) to get shipped from European supplier. For MES-DEA systems delivery time vary, please inquire.

All components require advance payment. Customer pays for shipment from MMC (or provides shipping account number). Standard shipping method - FedEx ground. Customer pays premium for faster delivery or expedited import from the manufacturer. Standard delivery of BRUSA components is 4 to 6 weeks. If available from MMC stock, components shipped within 2 business days after payment clears purchaser's account.

PLEASE NOTE: Currently price quotation is valid for 15 business days. Please request formal quotation to lock the price shown on the price list. The payment must be completed within following 15 business days from the order date, else the quote will expire and sale price may change (depending on the currency conditions).

All sales are final. In case of return of malfunctioning components, the customer is required to cover shipping cost to and from MMC.
MMC will cover international shipping costs, customs and import duties unless direct contact with manufacturer is authorized and direct product exchange is approved by MMC. Typically there is no need for customers to contact manufacturers directly, all customer's issues are handled locally by MMC.

Most of the hardware is held in manufacturer's stock and must be paid for in order to be imported. If ordered hardware is not in local US stock, it is subject to import and customs clearance lead time. No hardware will be shipped unpaid even from local stock, NO EXCEPTIONS. Sorry, NO COD DELIVERY. Rules and policy.

Corporate or business purchases: Before issuing a PO for major (> $1,000 USD) hardware please request formal quotation. Correct purchase amount may not correspond to the one on the price list if exchange rates have changed since prices publishing date or shipping/wire transfer costs has to be included in the quote. If the amount in quotation is OK for the purchase, please inform MMC ASAP so the formal invoice with the same amount can be issued and there is enough time to process it before original quote (and so the invoice) expire and become invalid. Your price will be locked as per invoice even if currency exchange rate will change.

A purchase order has to reflect price mentioned in formal quote. DO NOT use published price, it is reference for budgeting purposes. Invalid or incomplete PO orders cannot be processed and will be rejected, usually followed within 48 hours by an email to a purchaser to verify and update the PO. MMC will NOT keep track of rejected POs and expects customer to follow up. Welcome to call 503-680-0026 and speak to the MMC office manager to correct the order.

Standard payment terms - advance payment within 2 weeks after formal quotation is issued. Please do not pay without price confirmation or formal quotation. The hardware will be shipped to the purchaser within 48 hours after it clears US customs and gets delivered to the MMC (unless it is already in local stock), provided the payment clears purchaser's account. Sorry, no C.O.D delivery. If ordered hardware is not in local US stock, it is subject to import and customs clearance lead time. Please plan ahead, anticipate upcoming projects and pre-order early.

Sorry, no hardware is shipped unpaid. Because of specifics dealing with foreign currency, we cannot extend 30 days NET or any other credit payment terms since within credited period of time the currency exchange rate changes and no longer reflects original quoted price. Another reason is that for most imported hardware MMC is set up simply as manufacturer's "remote stock". We are not allowed to ship the hardware because it is not our property until manufacturer receives payment. MMC is not a credit institution and we pay to the manufacturer with customer's funds. Therefore we must charge in advance.

PLEASE NOTE: Currently Formal price quotation is valid for 15 business days. The deadline date will be specified on the quote. If your organization is unable to process order within 15 days, please contact MMC for extended quotation time. Depending on the market conditions the purchase price locked for extended period of time may be higher to accommodate price uncertainty imposed by longer pay terms. Corporate and Business customer's purchase price is as specified in the formal quote and may deviate from the published price list due to a currency exchange rate change between quotation date and price publishing dates. Published prices are typically updated bi-weekly and, as for formal quotes are based on the current market rates. The payment must be received by the deadline date. Current quotation may be extended beyond 15 days without re-quoting to allow completion of purchasing in progress unless USD market value drops too far. Please contact MMC if your organization is unable to issue payment within 15 business days after receiving a formal quote.

Step by step order procedure.

1. A customer sends a plain email listing products to be purchased and requesting formal quotation.
2. MMC replies with formal quote with locked customer's price and valid deadline. If customer's info is insufficient, MMC will reply in email what's missing and will wait for corrected order.
3. Once customer receives formal quote from MMC and decides to proceed with purchasing, customer notifies MMC via email or the telephone. MMC will issue formal invoice with locked purchase amount (per original quote). Payment due is within 15 days.
4. After payment received (checks clear purchaser's bank account) the hardware is shipped. Non stock hardware is ordered only at this point. Shipment is subject to additional lead time. Please inquire.

IF PURCHASER FAILS TO ARRANGE PAYMENT BY THE DEADLINE DATE AND IS UNWILLING TO PAY THE
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OLD AND NEW QUOTE TO ACCOMMODATE EXCHANGE RATE CHANGES, THE SALE

Since Siemens currently doesn't produce EV grade power inverters, EVISOL designed substitution for them. EVI-200 inverters will work with Siemens 1PV5135WS24 and 1PV5135WS28 motors. Because METRIC MIND Corporation is not Siemens distributor, we are not in the position to publish current prices for Siemens motors on the web. However pricing information is always available to individual or OEM customers if requested. European customers should direct pricing quotation requests for Siemens motors to EVISOL. All inverters and motors are brand new. Surplus Siemens inverters are sold out and no longer available.

While connecting non-Siemens motor to the Siemens/EVISOL inverter and vise versa is technically possible, such configuration is not supported nor warranted. Therefore the Siemens motor and Siemens/EVISOL inverter of your choice are sold as a package only, inverter is loaded with ordered motor's parameters, and no motor or inverter is available separately.

- Inverter parameters can be reprogrammed free of charge before shipment per customer's specification. Please have your propulsion battery pack parameters ready when placing the order; - All components are warranted by Metric Mind Corporation from the sale date; -All sales are final; - Malfunctioning components will be replaced free of charge (you pay US local or international shipping depending on the availability from the US stock); - Delivery time from US stock is 5 working days after signed sale agreement and the payment received. For special orders, please inquire; - If total shipping weight does not exceed 150 lb, delivery can be arranged by UPS or DHL / DANZAS. If total shipping weight exceeds 150 lb, delivery is by DHL / DANZAS or the company of your choice.
