Hardware purchase procedure and payment arrangement
For large purchases (>$1,000 USD) , email or call and confirm current pricing. If you pay with a debit or credit card, please call the sales representative 1 (503) 850-4018. Please note that credit/debit card transactions will incur 3% processing fee (assessed by merchant bank for processing the card).
For out of local stock items lead time vary, please inquire.
We will estimate and add shipping cost to the purchase price or use customer’s shipping account. Standard shipping method – FedEx ground.
If ordered hardware is not in local US stock, it is subject to import and customs clearance lead time.
- If total shipping weight weight exceeds 150 lb (68kg), delivery is by DHL / DANZAS freight, collect. Feel free to organize collection by any freight company of your choice.

OEM Business purchases
Rules and policies.
Corporate or business purchases: Before issuing a Purchase Order please request formal quotation. Correct purchase amount may not correspond to the one on the price list due to selected shipping and payment options, quantity discounts, credits and other adjustments that may apply. Once the total amount in formal quotation is reviewed and approved by the purchaser, welcome to issue a PO for the amount in the formal quote. A PO constitutes purchaser’s commitment to buy. MMC will issue an invoice for the hardware.
A purchase order has to reflect price mentioned in formal quote. PLEASE use price list.for budgeting purposes, your final quote will depend on quantity discounts, delivery schedule, shipping options, etc. Contact sales representative for details. Published prices are updated periodically without notice, following ongoing currency exchange rates.
Standard payment terms – advance payment within 2 weeks after formal quotation is issued. Please do not pay without formal invoice from MMC. The hardware typically is shipped within 2 working days if it’s in local US stock, or within 5 working days after it clears US customs and gets delivered to the MMC, provided the payment clears purchaser’s bank account. Sorry, no COD delivery. If ordered hardware is not in local US stock, it is subject to import and customs clearance lead time. Please plan ahead for upcoming projects and pre-order early. Please note, MMC will not be able to rush delivery if the hardware is physically not in local stock and has to be imported.
Please note: Due to currency exchange rates fluctuations, Formal Quotes do expire. Please contact MMC for extended quotation time if required.

IF PURCHASER FAILS TO SUBMIT PURCHASE ORDER BY THE EXPIRATION DATE SPECIFIED IN FORMAL QUOTE, THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELED.
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY AND DELIVERY OPTIONS AVAILABLE:
- All EV components not manufactured by MMC are warranted by respective manufacturers. MMC will assist with warranty claims, but we’re not in the position to defend either customer or the manufacturer in case of disputes over warranty issues. MMC cannot and will not be responsible for any manufacturer’s defects if MMC acts only as a distributor. MMC will assist in determining if the product is eligible and within warranty period, and directing issue to the respective manufacturer, but warranty approval and repair/replacement ultimately is at the manufacturer’s discretion.
- All sales are final;
- Malfunctioning components will be repaired or replaced free of charge (you pay US local or international shipping to MMC);
- Typical delivery time from US stock is 5 working days. For special orders, heavy freight or international shipping please inquire;
